Handmade is currently in the process of creating a new store to better serve the Eagle community and the great Boise area. The original Handmade store is 800 square feet. Our new store will have 3400 square feet above ground and 2200 square feet below ground. This new store will allow us to carry an expanded selection of our inventory. In addition, we will also be offering classes in the classical arts such as painting, drawing, watercolor, charcoal and more. We are hoping that our local artists will among those teaching these classes.
Downstairs in the basement, we are looking at creating a space for throwing clay and other wet clay techniques. We are also looking at setting up a darkroom, in hopes of having the opportunity to teach classes in photography, with both film and digital image processing. We are so excited about this new endavor! We hope that you will continue to follow the updates during the year.
